Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sourceflow, Inc. ("Sourceflow", "we", "us") collects through sourceflow.com, our demo applications such as get-coverage.sourceflow.com, and our text messaging program; how we use it; and how to contact us about it.

Information we collect

When you contact us. The contact form on sourceflow.com collects your name, email address, company (optional) and message. With each message we record the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user agent, to answer you and to detect abuse.

When you use a demo form. Our demo lead-capture form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and, optionally, the topic you are interested in. Please do not enter health or medical information; the form does not ask for it.

When you agree to receive text messages. If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we keep a record of that consent: the date and time, the phone number, the exact consent wording you were shown and its version, the page address, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the name and email address you entered.

When you visit our sites. Our web servers log standard request information: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. sourceflow.com does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To send the text messages you asked to receive, and to stop sending them when you opt out.
• To keep a record that shows when and how you gave consent to receive text messages.
• To protect our sites and forms from spam, fraud and abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our sites, and only as needed for them to do that work for us:

• Amazon Web Services, which hosts our sites and stores our data.
• Twilio SendGrid, which delivers contact form messages to our support inbox.
• Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service checks that contact form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It processes information about your browser and device for that check.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on sourceflow.com. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Sourceflow, our users or others.

The above categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages for one year. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for as long as we need them to show that messages were sent with consent and to meet our legal obligations. Web server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, contact us using the details below. We may keep a record of your consent and opt-out where the law requires it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to our sites and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
